950 Glendale Ave, Sparks, NV 89431. Get directions.
What are your hours?
Tuesday to Thursday 11 AM to 4 PM, Friday 11 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 11 AM to 5 PM. We're closed Sunday and Monday. See directions and hours before you head over.
Can I order online?
Yes. Order for pickup on Toast, or call us at (775) 359-4776. Browse the Carolina Kitchen & BBQ Co. menu first.
Do you cater?
Yes: birthdays, holiday parties, corporate events and weddings. Choose a self-service buffet (10 guests minimum), a delivered-and-dressed buffet, a full-service buffet (75 guests minimum) or an onsite cook with one of our smokers. Call 775-355-1227 or fill in our catering inquiry form.
How much notice do you need for catering?
24 hours for drop-off or pick-up catering, though we'll do our best with last-minute orders. For full-service catering, book as far ahead as you can. We deliver up to 100 miles away; delivery charges depend on distance and order size.
Were you on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?
Yes. Guy Fieri visited us for Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, and the episode aired in November 2019. His signature is on our wall.
Do you have vegetarian or gluten-free options?
Yes, we offer vegetarian and gluten-free options. Ask us when you order.
What payment do you accept?
Cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Do you have a kids menu?
Yes, for ages 12 and under: pulled pork, brisket, chicken strips or wings, each served with fries and a drink.
